Simvastatin 40mg report #SELF-3280
Female patient reported the following Simvastatin 40mg side effect(s):Headaches - Rash on forearms and chest -joint and muscle pain - dark urine - insomnia - lethargy.
Headaches started about 3 days after first dose the other side effects came over the next 5 weeks.
