Female patient reported the following Fentanyl 25mcg patch side effect(s):Extreme Fatigue, Myalgia, Muscle Spasms, Severe Headache
Medication caused headache so severe patient was unaable to work, drive, walk, etc. Also, could not stay awake more that 30 minutes at a time
