Female patient reported the following Wellbutrin sr side effect(s):Severe panic attack, ended up in the ER, HR shot up suddenly, couldn\'t breathe, thought I was on the verge of death or a seizure. Now taking Ativan just to get through a day. I\'m absolutely miserable!
