Female patient reported the following Combination of Diclofenac and Paracetamol side effect(s):I have no taste of sweets.

I had pain in my back so I called the doctor and told the name of drugs and he advised to take it with any antacid tablets. After some 4 to 5 hours the pain was gone but I have found the loss of taste from my mouth. I had taken one tablet of combination of Diclofenac and Paracetamol 500 mg and another as antacid combination of Omeprazole 10 mg and domeperidone 10 mg (Aciloc RD)
