Mupirocin topical 2% report #SELF-3492


Female patient reported the following Mupirocin topical 2% side effect(s):Burning scratchy sensation on tongue and throat. Small blisters on upper palette of mouth and inner lower lip. Dry mouth. Feelings of nervousness and hyperactive mind.

Applied small amt of ointment to leg. Wound was size of half penny. After 2nd day I noticed side effects. I only applied ointment for a total of 5 times and side effects occurred.
