Champix report #SELF-3535


Female patient reported the following Champix side effect(s):severe nausea, urinating blood, pain in kidneys, urinary tract infection confirmed, soar / stiff neck along jugular veins.

Started taking champix and 3 days later had severe pain in my kidneys and was urinating visable blood. Bt day 4 my stomach was extremly upset. Went to see Dr told I had a UTI with a kidney infection, given antibiotics. Still no relief from kidneys, quit taking the champix after 7 days of use. Day 8 developed severe pains in both sides of my neck - jugular veins - accompanied by over all feeling of unwell.
