Uroxatral report #SELF-3658

Female patient reported the following Uroxatral side effect(s):After 3 hours of taking pill, sudden onset of dizziness, went unconscious, and stopped breathing. Had to call paramedics and transported to hospital via ambulance. Am on 3 other meds - I was told I\'d have merely \"nasal congestion\" as a side effect. I\'m now terrified of this drug. BP dropped to 60/40. Soaking wet in perspiraton and vomited for about 2 hours. Then all vitals came back to within normal range and was released from hospital. There is something terribly dangerous in this drug. Had my spouse not been with me - I may not have started to breathe again.
