Female patient reported the following Actonel. I am not and have not been on any other medication. side effect(s):Took Actonel for many years. Pain in Jaw. Pressure in the ears as if in high altitude.Infection and sores in gums and tongue. the jaws don\'t seem to be aligned and sometimes tongue gets hurt by teeth.
