Crestor report #SELF-3769
Male patient reported the following Crestor side effect(s):Ruptured distal left bicep tendon. Also, ruptured my right distal bicep tendon March of 2008.
Ruptured both bicep tendons. Right 3/08 and Left 8/09. Had to have both surgically repaired. Mechanism of injury was not significant in either case, especially on the left. I was fit but not lifting heavy weights prior to both injuries. I have been reading about more instances of tendon rupture associated with Statin usage.
