Female patient reported the following Arimidex side effect(s):joint discomfort leading to instability, difficulty climbing stairs, generalized aches, lymphedema of arm causing severe wrist pain reducing ability to drive, trigger fingers also caused by this, and Gingivitis....bleeding gums that disappeared a few days after discontinuing. Also caused bone density to drop dramatically
