Amantadine report #SELF-3931
Female patient reported the following Amantadine side effect(s):Orthostatic Intolerance and Fatigue
I take amantadine for treatment of pancreatitis. It seems to help with that, but increases my POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) symptoms. I\'m have to sacrifice the POTS condition for the sake of helping the pancreatitis, which is worse.

Diagnosis: pancreatitis
Pre-existing conditions: prior stroke(2006) and MI(2006) POTS, chronic pancreatitis with acute bouts, mvp, Long QT Syndrome, 45% ejection fr of LLV, elevated cholesterol (controlled w/lipitor), gastroparesis, ibs. Never smoked. Do not use alcohol. Avoid caffeine, low sugar consumption.
