AFTER BEING INJECTED WITH OPTIRAY, PATIENT HAD DIFFICULTY BREATHING AND PASSED OUT. PATIENT LOST PULSE AND BREATHING AND HEART STOPPED. PATIENT DIED OF ANAPHALCTIC SHOCK.
