Female patient reported the following Boniva side effect(s):Severe chills, could not get body warm, severe muscle weekness and musculoskeletal pain all over body, dizzyness, bloated, bad flu like symptoms which began slowly after taking the once per month, 150 mg dosage and got stronger over the next 24 hours before the symptoms began to subside.
