Chantix Side Effect Report#500 I had only moderated hypertension before taking Chantix. Took for 1 month and weened off. Became Malignant Hypertensive. After 11 months not smoking, I still have Malignant hypertension. The meds I take now are to many to list here. 4 meds per day, 3 times per day. I was only taking 1 low dose Clonidine per day prior.
