DELSYM report #SELF-504
Female patient reported the following DELSYM side effect(s):DELSYM-severe dizziness, shakiness,nausia,weakness upon waking. I RARELY have problems with medication side effects but this was horrible. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS NEED TO BE VISIBLE ON THE LABEL!
i attempted to shower but couldnt stand ...too weak and dizzy. I crawled out of the shower. I FELT DRUGED.
