Female patient reported the following DELSYM side effects :
DELSYM-severe dizziness, shakiness,nausia,weakness upon waking. I RARELY have problems with medication side effects but this was horrible. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS NEED TO BE VISIBLE ON THE LABEL!

i attempted to shower but couldnt stand ...too weak and dizzy. I crawled out of the shower. I FELT DRUGED.


Medication Dosage: 2 tsp before bedtime.
Medication Frequency: once

Diagnosis: dry cough for a few days.
Pre-existing conditions: caucasion female. No allergies. No tobacco or alchhold use. No chronic illnessses. Very healthy.
