Female patient reported the following Dilantin 100mg capsule from pfizer parke-davis side effect(s):Nystagmus, confusion, inability to perform tasks, slurred speech, diagosed in the er with mild dilantin toxicity with a level of 24.5.

On my historical therapeutic dose, I had a toxic reaction to dilantin with a level of 24.5 (drawn in er.) This occured after starting the new formulatin of the dilantin capsule from pfizer.
