Female patient reported the following Xifaxan taken 400mg 3 times a day. side effect(s):Persistent headache for 36 hours starting 12 hours after first dose. Accompanied by heavy fatigue.
Bad headache and fatigue lasted for 36 hours after first 12 hours on medication. Then symptoms attenuated and finally disappeared by day 5.
