Female patient reported the following Coreg CR, Synthroid, multiple vitamin side effect(s):I am on Coreg CR 20 mg. On the 5th day of taking this medication my throat became sore and later in the day my lymph nodes became very tender and swollen. Other than this side effect (or what I believe to be a side effect at this time) I have none. I don\'t even feel tired.
