Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against graft versus host disease and was treated with METHOTREXATEECTION. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: 5'nucleotidase increased, acute graft versus host disease in skin, alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anti-platelet antibody positive, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, . METHOTREXATEECTION dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, PREDNISONE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, BACTRIM, ACYCLOVIR, MIANSERINE, FOLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
