After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: acanthamoeba infection, constipation, diarrhoea, herpes zoster, immunosuppression, lacrimation increased, neuropathy peripheral, ulcerative keratitis, . VELCADE dosage: 2.49 MG, INTRAVENOUS; 1.30 MG/M2, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, EXACIN, CEFAZOLIN, PURSENNID, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
