Physician from UNITED STATES reported MYOZYME problem on June 01, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with glycogen storage disease type ii and was treated with MYOZYME. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: base excess increased, blood bicarbonate increased, muscle disorder, oxygen saturation decreased, pyrexia, respiratory failure, wheezing, . MYOZYME dosage: 10 MG/KG QWK IV. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN. Patient died on 06/07/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: base excess increased, blood methaemoglobin present, blood ph increased, cyanosis, pco2 decreased, po2 increased, post procedural complication, . After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: acute hepatic failure, asthenia, base excess increased, bundle branch block, cardiac failure, condition aggravated, confusional state, diabetes mellitus, . PIOGLITAZONE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAMOXIFEN CITRATE, OPIPRAMOL, SILYMARIN, OXAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
