Consumer or non-health professional from SINGAPORE reported DARAPRIM problem on Aug 01, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with toxoplasmosis and was treated with DARAPRIM. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bleeding time abnormal, nausea, petechiae, platelet count decreased, platelet function test abnormal, thrombocytopenia, . DARAPRIM dosage: 25MG TWICE PER DAY. Patient recovered.

THYMOGLOBULIN problem was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 10, 2006. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 153.0 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with THYMOGLOBULIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anxiety, bleeding time abnormal, blood disorder, cervical cord compression, confusional state, haemoglobin decreased, infection, paralysis, post procedural haematoma, . THYMOGLOBULIN dosage: 100 MG QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, CELLCEPT, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/20/2005.
