After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: blood cholinesterase decreased, cogwheel rigidity, hypoxia, ill-defined disorder, lung disorder, movement disorder, oculogyration, pneumonia, tremor, . VESICARE dosage: 5 MG, UID/QD,ORAL, 5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HARNAL, MICARDIS, MUCOSTA, EXCELASE, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
