Female patient, weighting 170.2 lb, was diagnosed with hot flush, osteoporosis, prophylaxis and was treated with PREMPRO. COMBIPATCH dosage: .05MG/PATCH. During the same period patient was treated with PREMPRO, WELLBUTRIN, LEXAPRO, XANAX, TRAZODONE, ZOLOFT, COVERA, LUVOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
