During the same period patient was treated with ZYVOX, AZTREONAM, AMBIEN, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, ALLOPURINOL, DOXEPIN, LOVENOX. Patient died on 03/30/2008.
