After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardioversion, catheterisation cardiac abnormal, fatigue, implantable defibrillator insertion, myocardial infarction, stent occlusion, unresponsive to stimuli, ventricular fibrillation, . ZELNORM dosage: 6 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE, COZAAR, NOVOLOG, LEVOTHYROXINE, DETROL, BULK PRODUCERS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
