Physician from JAPAN reported ARIXTRA problem on Nov 13, 2007. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, hypertension and was treated with ARIXTRA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cerebellar haemorrhage, cheyne-stokes respiration, headache, neck pain, respiratory arrest, vision blurred, vomiting, . ARIXTRA dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FLUMARIN, LOXONIN, SELBEX, SOLULACT, VOLTAREN, AMLODIN, SENNOSIDE. Patient died on 10/27/2007.

PACLITAXEL problem was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 27, 2007. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with PACLITAXEL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cheyne-stokes respiration, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, clostridial infection, condition aggravated, decreased appetite, dehydration, dyspnoea, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, . PACLITAXEL dosage: 373MG DAY 1 OF 21 DAY CYCLE. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, SPIRIVA, ACEBUTOLOL, MS CONTIN, SENOKOT, ALBUTEROL, ELAVIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/25/2007.
