Physician from ISRAEL reported TACROLIMUS problem on Oct 23, 2007. Male patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with renal and pancreas transplant and was treated with TACROLIMUS. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cholangitis acute, escherichia infection, gangrene, klebsiella infection, localised infection, osteomyelitis, renal failure acute, toe amputation, . TACROLIMUS dosage: 2 MG, UID/QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SIROLIMUS, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
