Health Professional from UNITED STATES reported NYQUIL OR NYQUIL D COLD problem on Jan 29, 2008. Female patient was treated with NYQUIL OR NYQUIL D COLD. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cholinergic syndrome, . NYQUIL OR NYQUIL D COLD dosage: 11.25 ML, 1 ONLY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, SUBUTEX, WELLBUTRIN, AMLODIPINE, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.

ARICEPT problem was reported by a Physician from INDIA on Jan 14, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with vascular dementia and was treated with ARICEPT. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: accidental overdose, cholinergic syndrome, depressed level of consciousness, . ARICEPT dosage: ORAL; 300 MG, 30 IN 1 D, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
