After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiogenic shock, complement factor c3 decreased, complement factor c4 decreased, hepatic enzyme increased, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypotension, international normalised ratio increased, leukocytoclastic vasculitis, no therapeutic response, .
