Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM reported LUSTRAL problem on Apr 23, 2007. Female patient, weighting 7.96 lb, was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, panic reaction and was treated with LUSTRAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: congenital brain damage, encephalitis, neonatal asphyxia, . LUSTRAL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/19/2006.

Pentasa Side Effects Report #5293798-4
PENTASA problem was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Mar 22, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with colitis ulcerative and was treated with PENTASA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: aplasia cutis congenita, congenital brain damage, pyloric stenosis, . PENTASA dosage: 3000 MG DAILY, TRANSPLACENTAL. During the same period patient was treated with SULFASALAZINE, PREDNISOLONE, STERONEMA. Patient recovered.
