After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: congenital central nervous system anomaly, congenital choroidal anomaly, congenital hydrocephalus, foetal cardiac disorder, head deformity, low set ears, . CLARAVIS dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/05/2007.
