After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiac disorder, congenital pulmonary artery anomaly, congenital tracheomalacia, heart disease congenital, multiple congenital abnormalities, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary malformation, . PAXIL CR dosage: 25MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with GLYBURIDE AND METFORMIN, ACCUPRIL, INSULIN, VITAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/01/2005.
