Male patient, child 8 years of age, was diagnosed with burkitt's lymphoma stage iii, computerised tomogram and was treated with METHOTREXATE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone marrow failure, contrast media reaction, encephalitis, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, mucosal inflammation, . METHOTREXATE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RADIOGRAPHIC CONTRAST, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, VINCRISTINE, PREDNISONE, DOXORUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
