Health Professional from FRANCE reported HALDOL DECANOAS problem on Dec 26, 2007. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with agitation and was treated with HALDOL DECANOAS. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bedridden, dependent personality disorder, extrapyramidal disorder, inflammation, pneumonia aspiration, sepsis syndrome, somnolence, . HALDOL DECANOAS dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/01/2007.

Cymbalta Side Effects Report #5715165-9
CYMBALTA problem was reported by a Physician from SOUTH AFRICA on Apr 11, 2008. Female patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with depression, insomnia, contraception and was treated with CYMBALTA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: akathisia, anxiety, dependent personality disorder, depression, dyskinesia, tachycardia, tremor, . CYMBALTA dosage: 60 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE NOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
