Physician from MEXICO reported CYMBALTA problem on Oct 22, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with neuralgia and was treated with CYMBALTA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: diabetic microangiopathy, leg amputation, peripheral ischaemia, . CYMBALTA dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Avonex Side Effects Report #5421787-5
AVONEX problem was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 02, 2007. Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was treated with AVONEX. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal pain, chest discomfort, diabetic microangiopathy, ischaemic cerebral infarction, nausea, refusal of treatment by patient, vomiting, . AVONEX dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN PLUS EXTENDED, DIGOXIN, LISINOPRIL, INSULIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, LANSOPRAZOLE, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
