After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: ear pain, excessive granulation tissue, inflammation, joint injury, lung disorder, osteomyelitis, osteonecrosis, pyrexia, road traffic accident, . FOSAMAX dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
