Female patient, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, hypertension, myocardial ischaemia, cardiac disorder and was treated with HUMIRA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cerebral ischaemia, electroencephalogram abnormal, epilepsy, fibrin d dimer increased, hemiparesis, infection, . HUMIRA dosage: 0.8ML/40MG (TOTAL DAILY DOSE). During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, FOLIC ACID, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, OMEPRAZOLE, TELMISARTAN, ACEBUTOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, ACEBUTOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
