Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with depression, back pain and was treated with CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: emotional distress, hallucination, visual, serotonin syndrome, . CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE dosage: 20 MG ONCE A DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID, ATENOLOL, ATORVASTATIN, DICLOFENAC, PARACETAMOL. Patient recovered.
