Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against graft versus host disease, hepatic vein occlusion, pyrexia, polyuria, blood pressure decreased, hepatic function abnormal and was treated with CELLCEPT. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal distension, endotoxic shock, . CELLCEPT dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FINIBAX, ALPROSTADIL, ACYCLOVIR, INOVAN, DILTIAZEM, NEO MINOPHAGEN C. Patient died on 03/10/2007.

ABRAXANE dosage: LAST DOSE (200 MG) PRIOR TO SAE ON 05-FEB-2008 (CYCLE 5) (WEEKLY, 3WKS ON THEN 1 WK. OFF), INTRAVENO. During the same period patient was treated with KYTRIL, DECADRON, TOPROL, ACIPHEX, LASIX, GABAPENTIN, CYMBALTA, ZAROXOLYN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
