After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal wall abscess, enterococcal bacteraemia, enterocutaneous fistula, faecal incontinence, postoperative wound infection, pyrexia, . TOPOTECAN dosage: 3.5MG SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with PACLITAXEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
