JANUMET dosage: 500MG/50 MG/DAILY/PO; 500MG/50 MG/BID/PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACTOPLUS MET, CLINORIL, LEVOXYL, GEMFIBROZIL, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized.
