After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: frontal lobe epilepsy, grand mal convulsion, hyperplasia, hypoaesthesia, incorrect dose administered, paraesthesia, treatment noncompliance, . PHENYTEK dosage: 400 MG; AT BEDTIME; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIPHENHYDRAMINE, LEVOXYL, PROTONIX, CEPHALEXIN, ST MARY, GINKGO, LECITHIN. Patient recovered.
