Gliadel Side Effects Report #5380024-0
Physician from UNITED KINGDOM reported GLIADEL problem on June 19, 2007. Male patient, 36 years of age, weighting 238.1 lb, was diagnosed with gliosarcoma and was treated with GLIADEL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: brain neoplasm malignant, brain oedema, gliosarcoma, headache, hemiparesis, inflammation, intracranial pressure increased, malignant neoplasm progression, somnolence, . GLIADEL dosage: 61.6 MG;X1; ICER. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, PHENYTOIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
