Pharmacist from UNITED STATES reported FOSAMAX problem on Jan 10, 2008. Female patient, 51 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis prophylaxis and was treated with FOSAMAX. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: arthralgia, gouty tophus, pain in extremity, . FOSAMAX dosage: 20 MG WEEKLY PO. Patient recovered.
