Female patient was diagnosed with depression, hypothyroidism, anxiety disorder and was treated with DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone marrow failure, hypervitaminosis, myelodysplastic syndrome, vitamin b12 increased, . DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE dosage: 60 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with EUTIROX, TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
