HYPERVITAMINOSIS : Duloxetine Side Effects Report #5498013-4
Physician from ITALY reported DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE problem on Oct 15, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with depression, hypothyroidism, anxiety disorder and was treated with DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone marrow failure, hypervitaminosis, myelodysplastic syndrome, vitamin b12 increased, . DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE dosage: 60 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with EUTIROX, TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with depression, hypothyroidism, angiopathy and was treated with DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone marrow failure, haemoglobin decreased, hypervitaminosis, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, refractory anaemia, . DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE dosage: 60 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with EUTIROX, TICLOPIDINE, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
