Rifampicin Side Effects Report #5531265-0
Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN reported RIFAMPICIN problem on Nov 15, 2007. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and was treated with RIFAMPICIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: hepatic function abnormal, infective aneurysm, liver disorder, local swelling, vascular pseudoaneurysm, . RIFAMPICIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, PYRAZINAMIDE, ETHAMBUTOL HYDROCHLORIDE, NICOTINIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
