After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: infusion site oedema, phlebitis, . VENOFER dosage: 300 MG ONCE. Patient recovered.

VANCOMYCIN problem was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 15, 2008. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with wound infection staphylococcal and was treated with VANCOMYCIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: chills, erythema, infusion site oedema, infusion site pain, nausea, pyrexia, rash erythematous, skin warm, vomiting, . VANCOMYCIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN, LISINOPRIL, CALTRATE D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
