Physician from UNITED STATES reported TRICOR problem on Aug 01, 2007. Male patient, weighting 240.3 lb, was diagnosed with blood triglycerides increased, type 2 diabetes mellitus, pruritus and was treated with TRICOR. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: blood calcium increased, intercapillary glomerulosclerosis, microalbuminuria, renal failure, renal impairment, . TRICOR dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, CLOPIDOGREL, INSULIN ASPART, INSULIN GLARGINE, FUROSEMIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE, HYDROXYZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient recovered.
