Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported OMNISCAN problem on Mar 10, 2008. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with pancreatitis chronic and was treated with OMNISCAN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: joint ankylosis, joint contracture, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, osteopenia, polyarthritis, wheelchair user, . OMNISCAN dosage: 40 ML (0.30 MMOL/KG), SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with ERYTHROPOIETIN. Patient recovered.
